I never heard of coffee makers in the rooms. I would think it would be a fire hazard on a cruise ship. You should be able to get towels, glasses at no extra charge. Never asked for a chair - always had what I wanted already there. Never hurts to ask! Room service is included in the cruise price, but I usually tip a couple of dollars when it's delivered. If you fill out the card at night for the next day's breakfast, write in additional items you want. Be sure to write in things like butter, salt, sugar etc. They only bring what you specifically ask for.Mornings on the balcony are so nice!
