Norman, are you saying you are basing your decision of sailing Princess based on their coffee? You can do what I do, I bring my own pot with the type of coffee we like. Royal Caribbean and NCL use the concentrate too. Apparently the cruiselines prefer the concentrate because it has a longer shelf life and compared to grounds take up much less pantry area, I'm sure price factors into this too. At least that was what they told us on our last cruise.
