Coke roast
1 bottom roand roast(beef)
2 pkgs lipton beefy onion soup mix
2 cans of classic coke
Place coke in crockpot, add soup mix pour in cans of coke. Cook on high 4-5 hours then low for 2 more hours.Depending on size of roast may take longer.
recipe may by cut in half.The meat just falls apart.Very tender.
Do not use diet coke.
