What is the Conceriege Service like on the Celebrity ships? Is there a private club you go to, or does each person get assigned their own conceriege? How does it work?

We were not assigned a concierge. When you have the concierge class stateroom, you receive a "pillow menu" where you can choose from four different kinds of pillows, complimentary champagne upon embarkation, complimentary snacks in the afternoon, high-power binoculars during the cruise, special European towels and rugs for the bathroom, fresh flowers in the room and bathroom and priority for the reservations only restaurant.
Additionally, the service for the stateroom was impeccable – I don’t know if this was because we had a concierge class stateroom, but in all honesty, I quite doubt it. The cabin attendant and her assistant were just wonderful and very accommodating.
The only downside to the concierge class cabins is that they are all right below the pool and lido deck restaurant – so you may hear a lot of noise, especially at night when the festivities are occurring near the pool area…
Also, in answer to your question, there was not a private club.

We are slated for a concierge level cabin on the Constellation for the July 31st Baltic cruise. It is good to hear from someone who actually had a cabin in that class. We will post a full report on our return. If you think of anything else to share, please do.

Do suites on Celebrity offer all the amenities that are provided in CC, i.e. the "pillow menu" or high-power binoculars?
