Hello Cinnamon:my name is michael and i am sailing november 10,2005 on the constellation to the caribbean for 10 days.your ship the zenith does not have balconies.our ship is much newer.we did also take the concierge class accomodations.however my room is much larger than the room without the butler service.the balcony is also much larger.yes i think it is very well worth the money to have the butler service.we get flowers everyday,alot of amenities far more than you can imagine.i also paid very cheap for this cruise at the beginning.now the price has doubled and i have saved thousands of dollars here.the only way to cruise is the very best.go for the concierge service okay.please let me know if you need more help okay.michael
