Cinnamon,There is no absolute answer to your question. What is well worth it for some people would be an absolute waste of money for others. This reminds me of the never-ending value questions about balcony staterooms, or suites versus non-suites, or specialty restaurants versus the regular restaurant.Personally, being welcomed to your cruise with a chilled bottle of champagne is a good start in my book. Then, having a much enhanced breakfast room service menu, evening canapes every day, fresh flowers and fruit in your stateroom, and many other nice touches are all extras that make the cruise more enjoyable. I do not know of anyone who has chosen a CC stateroom who was later disappointed by it, but I do know many like Michael who thought it was a fabulous touch of class and worth the money.Enjoy your cruise regardless of what you decide.Ted
