cruisefare is based on the cruise portion of the price.. not the port and government taxes.

We just got off the Liberty where our total fare was 388 but after taxes and port charges we only paid less then 200 for our cruise fare. (i think it was 149.00) so 15% of that would be like 18 bucks.
