All the areas you mention are on EST or Miami time, therefore it it's 5pm in Miami, it's 5pm in Nassau, etc....The only time it gets confusing is if say you were going to Belize or Mexico/Cozumel, etc....Mexico is CST which is ONE hour before EST. So the ship will be on 5pm and Mexico will be at 4pm.Hope that helps
