There's no need to worry. Whenever you are traveling to a place where time differences will occur, you'll be alerted to that in the ship's newsletter or during one of the port talks (which you can catch on the cabin television if you miss the live show). It's best to set your clock to ship's time so you'll be sure to get back from your jaunts. The only time you might be confused is when (if) you see a clock on shore. Come to think of it I have never seen a clock on shore! But I probably was not lookng for one either
