Does anyone know if Celebrity has changed it's policy and pricing with respect to Connect@Sea?

Last October on the Constellation transatlantic, we paid $100 for unlimited in-cabin internet access for the 14-day cruise.  I've heard conflicting reports that the charge is now $25/day for limited access (up to 50 minutes/day, which works out to $0.50/minute), and $0.75/minute thereafter.

We're sailing the Infinity trans-canal in October, and the same access we had for $100 last year, will cost us $350 + this year.  That's one very hefty increase, no?  Not that Celebrity owes me an explanation, but how do they substantiate that increase?  I can't imagine that that many passengers are dragging their laptops along on their cruises to make Connect@Sea a profit center for the cruiseline.  Nor can I imagine that so many people are taking advantage of Connect@Sea that is it operating at a loss, thus the increase.  Sounds like highway (seaway?) robbery to me!
