HiI am a newbie to cruising and I am going on my first cruise on the Carnival Pride. The agent at Carnival put us in a mid-ship cabin with a balcony. When I went to the website to look at where the cabin is located, I noticed that this is a connecting cabin. Has anyone out there had an experience in a connecting cabin where the persons next to you are strangers? Is that unusual to be booked in a connecting cabin without asking for one.
