I am seeing a lot of bad reviews about Conquest since the move to Galveston. I am hoping this was just a few bad examples and things are going smother now. Can anyone say they have had a good time on Conquest in the last couple of weeks. Also, anyone going on 12/18. I sure they are since it is almost booked up.

Carnival always sail full. its a holiday week so its gonna be crowded.

Go with THAT expectation. Conquest is a huge ship for the port that its homing at. FOr the time Galveston is doing its best to do right by the people.

To make it easier on yourself--dont et off with the first hordes of people- go check out other cabin categories you might be interested in

Like take a picture of 7434 for me.

Hi --- I cannot comment on embarkation or debarkation because the Conquest was sailing out of NOLA last year, but we had a great time when we sailed on her in February 2005. We loved the ship, the service, everything! Have a Super Cruise!!!

The Cruise ON Conquest is GREAT!!
I just hope you don't have to go through the same thing we did with embarkation or debarkation (it was horrible).

We just got back Sunday off the Conquest. We had a great time and the embarkation and debarkation was quick and easy for us and we were first time cruisers. We got to the pier at about 11:30 and was on the ship by noon. Don't worry about all the little stuff have fun. The food was great everywhere we ate and the shows were good too. Our sailing was booked solid no rooms available but we never felt croweded or anything like that. We had a balcony room 6323 nice and spacious. Go have fun and leave all the worries at home.
