Conquest class VS Spirit class???

Is it just me or does the Spirt class ships seem larger and better laid out than the Conquest class? I was on the Legend 3 years ago and recall it being bigger. I know that in Gross Tonnage the Conquest is bigger but it seems otherwise. The only full passenger deck is level 5. And the lido deck does not go all the way foward, it has cabins in the front 1/3rd. Does anyone else agree or disagree??

Spirit class ships aren't bigger, but they are laid out much better than Conquest class ships.

Spirit class ships are longer than Conquest, but Conquest ships are wider. I like the way traffic flows on Spirit class, it just never seemed as crowded as on Conquest.

Spirit Class ships feel larger because they have a better ratio of public space vs. number of passengers. You will notice many more quiet nooks and retreats throughout Spirit Class ships and long lines and crowds in almost all areas of Conquest class ships.

I, too, like the Spirit class ships better than the Conquest class ships. It's been interesting reading the comments as I wasn't sure exactly what the difference was outside of Spirit C. being a bit smaller than the Conquest c. I like the Lido deck (food) layout on the Spirit Class better, too.

After going on the Conquest, I cancelled the "Freedom" cruise and booked a similar one on the "Miracle". I think that they have about the same amount of public areas, except the Conquest class just added alot more cabins instead.......

I always say the Spirit class has all the amenities as the Conquest class (except no fish and chips) with 700 less people.

We love the Spirit class ships!!!!
