Conquest....Early booking.

We're already looking into another cruise on the Conquest. Have got a group of people who say they want to go also. Is there any benefit of booking early? We already know the date and it's over a year in the future. This will be our third trip on the Conquest, and we really have a ball when we go.

We were with the group that had like 420 posts on here for the Sept. 28 cruise. Those posts have now gone to the "3 pages back" category, but on a lark, I started to post something on there to keep it "alive," but decided to let it go. We had originally wanted to go on the Glory for our third cruise, but have opted again for the Conquest because it's so close, and we like having the limo pick us up at the house.

By the way, who's going to be the College football champs of '03? Hmmm?????
OLE MISS!!!!????

Turkeyman! You really are a cruise addict!

Enjoyed the Conquest but want to try new places. Probably Glory or Southern Carribean.

Good Luck.

My wife and I always book our cruises 1 year in advance, while we are driving home from one we are on the phone booking the next. We are sailing on the Conquest in March 2004 and the Legend in March 2005 (already booked). The reason we do this is to make sure we get the cabin we want (cat 12), and something to look for as we save and pay Uncle Sam his due. We make our finial payment on the day or a couple of days before it is due and our TA always makes sure we have any and all discounts or specials taken off before than. For us it is worth it.

Sorry turkeyman, the LSU tigers will be the real SEC champs and hopefully play Oklahoma for the national championship in the Sugar Bowl! By the way, we love the Conquest too and always book our cruises about a year in advance. That way we don't have to worry about price increases and our TA even gives us a refund or credit if the price drops after we book. Go tigers!

Yeah, I now hope the Tigers can make it to the Sugar Bowl. Talk about a wild time in the "Quarter." The place will never be the same if LSU makes it. Wonder if many of them Sooner people will make the trip?
