Welp, it's gettin closer to Sept 28 every day (thank God) and My wife and I are beginning to plan out some of the things we would like to do. Kinda to keep our anticipation down so this last month and a half doesn't drag by :p Anyway, does anyone know how to get ahold of the prices for the excursions, and what excursions Carnival offers on the Conquest?

Oooo.. Thought of another question. I've only been to the Eastern Caribbean, St. Thomas, St. John, St. Croix (I wonder why no ships are going there this year), St. Maarten, Bahamas, and San Juan. And usually shopping can be done with cash/ travellers check, OR Visa Card. We've never been to the Western side and wonder if we can rely on our Visa card as much as in the eastern, or if we need to take primarily Cash and T-checks. Anyone?

We are going in January and our travel agent send us the info on what excursions are available. U can go on the website and it will tell u what the excrusions are. U won't see prices, but I went to royal carribean and they had some of the same excursions and had the prices.

If you book them on your own and not through the ship, you can pre-book and usually find smaller, less crowded excursion for better rates.

Grand Cayman Cruise Excursions is a great example, they have some incredible trips and rates. We've used them many times and loved it.

They've even helped us plan a double excursion, stingray city on a Catamaran in the morning and then beach horseback riding afterwards. Can't beat the service and the knowledge!!!
