Hi! I will also be on the Conquest on Feb 6th. We were on the Conquest last year for the Mardi Gras cruise. There were never any long lines. There were lines sometimes but service was always fast. You will have a blast on the cruise. When we went last year things couldn't have been more screwed up but we still had a blast. It was our honeymoon. There was a boat wreck on the Mississippi river so we had to catch the boat in Mississippi. Carnival rented buses and 18-wheelers to get us and our luggage to the boat. Our bus did not arrive at the boat till about 12:45 on Monday morning. When we got to our room they had taken Jamaica off of our iternary. The boat left on Monday afternoon at 6:00. When we got to Grand Caymen they would not let us tender in. The only place that we went on what was supposed to be a 7 day cruise was Cozumel.

I am 24 and my husband is 27. How old are you and the people traveling with you?

We sailed the Conquest last Easter break. The midnight buffet with all the ice carvings had a line that was about 30 minutes (when you were viewing the set up, pre eating). The lido deck buffet in the morning on port days was the busiest. worse case 15 minutes waiting.

For us, the worst waiting was in those darn yellow chairs pre embarkation.

hope this helps
