Don't know if you'll be able to find much in that price range. Also, if the Saints are playing in NO that weekend, it might be tough. Julia St Wharf area is the French Quarter area and things down there are kinda high. I work down there and know that some folks opt to stay a little ways from downtown and taxi in for any festivities. That could be an option.
