No. There is a huge concrete pier. get off right away and walk past all the shops and head right for the taxi stand $10 per taxi not per person. Takes no more than 10 minutes to get to the park. (they drive about 100 miles per hour!)$10 fee per person and you then walk (5 minutes) to dolphin area.
