The bathroom is the same as a standard bathroom. There is plenty of storage in the bathroom. There are cabinets under the sink. I pack alot and we had plenty of space.I have stayed in 8185 and have 8166 booked for a New England cruise after yours. So I can't comment on deck 9 or shore excursions.
