We sailed Connie Transatlantic 4/24/04.
In the calm waters of the Caribbean it was very still. Most of the way across the Atlantic it rocked gently, but had nearly no roll. One night the seas got up to 8' swells and the ship did a bit of pitching, but not too bad.
Crossing the Bay of Biscay was another story! Swells rose to 12' and the ship danced! Our cabin was deck 8 all the way aft; not a good place to be! I got a bit uncomfortable and went down to deck 3 midship where she felt more stable. Later DW and I wanted to participate in one of the activities which just happened to be in the Reflections Lounge deck 11 fore. We sat where I could see out a window and keep oriented to the horizon. I don't take meds for seasickness. There was plenty talk of the rough seas, but I don't know of anyone that actually got sick from it.
Stabilizers counteract the side-to-side roll of a ship, but don't affect the rise and fall of the bow. I would say the Constellation behaved admirably.
There are two outdoor pools, the indoor T-pool for adults only, and the small kids pool on a separate deck. Four hot tubs outside on the pool deck, and two inside by the T-pool.
