I really can't answer all your questions for sure as we are not doing Celebrity til November, but you might get answers if you try Cruisecritic board. There is a great teen program which should work for a 13 year old. If for no other reason she will meet some teens close to her age. On NCL that's what the teens like to do, not so much the organized stuff, but just to meet each other. 5 days in port is alot, but we have learned to spend at least one of those days on ship to use as an extra sea day. We pick the island we have done before and did not get really turned on too or one we had heard was not as great and lay out, get a cheap spa treatment or whatever. Just some thoughts.Nita
