I am in the process of making Monster cookies (the big batch) thanks to Niecez from last year. They were a big hit with the family and with my co workers. I changed only one thing this year, I used the M&M's only instead of the chocolate chips I used Nestle chocolate raspberry chips, yum-0!! Here is a new recipe for the year, one of my all time favorites from my Grandma.....

1 C. Sugar
1.C. Light corn syrup
3/4 C. Peanut butter
1 Tsp Vanilla
4 C. Special K.
1 C. Pretzels - broken up
1 6 oz pkg butterscotch chips
1 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
3/4 C. Peanuts

Measure sugar & corn syrup, bring to a full rolling boil. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in Peanut butter and Vanillla. Pour over combined dry cereal, peanuts and pretzels. Stir until well mixed. Press into greased cookie sheet, or drop by spoonfulls. In double Boiler melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and frost cookie mix. Refrigerate until set. Cut in to squares, makes aprx 4 dozen.
