Just wondered if anyone out there is familiar w/ a company called Coral Breeze. They offer snorkeling packages in Caye Caulker in Belize.

we did this tour for our excursion in Belize. Great tour, very inclusive, and not crowded like the ship's tours. There is information about them if you do a search on this board. We found more information on cruisecritics.com as well. You should also try to contact them. Our experience was that they were very helpful, accommodating, and informative. Theire email is info@coralbreezelimited.com.
Have fun.

I am planning on visiting Belize in March aboard the Voyager, can anyone shed some more light on either this company or any other that might do snorkelling tours? My family is quite interested in seeing some less spoiled reefs than Chankanaab and we're doing Costa Maya as well, so if anyone with info on this itinerary would be kind enough to share some insight, I'd find it very helpful. Thanks in advance!

I just returned from my first cruise and we visited Belize. I HIGHLY suggest Coral Breeze Limited. We did a 5 hour snorkel tour that included lunch and gear and it was 1/2 the cost of Carnival. Plus we went to an area that was secluded. Not the touristy places the cruise ship tours go! We actually got to swim with the sting rays and nurse sharks in a free environment. Plus, the coral breeze staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our experience. We went to two snorkel sights and then headed to lunch on Caye Caulker. We even had some time to shop and explore the island.

I was very impressed with a highly personalized and lengthy email I got in return to my inquiry from Coral Breeze, so I will be booking them soon. Thanks to all who take the time to post their experiences, I will report back in seven months...ah...seems so long. The autumn colors are beginning to show here in chilly New Hampshire! Miss that turquoise sea!

The Coral Breeze web site offers FREE 5 hour snorkelling excursion for groups of six cruisers. Do you know what the catch is?

I just sent an email to them asking about the free offer and they sent me a link. It's free for only you if you get a group of 6 or more people together. They each have to pay the normal price of $70 for the tour (if they book ahead its $60). And if you can't get a group of 6 or more together you will then be charged $70. Hope this helps.

I have actually booked that for our March 04 trip aboard the Voyager, my family group met the criteria, I was able to offer the "freebie" to another group in my family who needed the break more than I, and the staff was quite understanding about why I wanted it done that way. They have been very accomodating, and seem sincerely interested in meeting our expectations and hopes. I am sure this will be great!
