I note that the Coral AA cabins are forward rather than mid-ship as on other Princess Ships. Also, from the Princess booklets AA cabins appear to have more floor space than AB cabins. Cabins 220 and 221 appear to be missing with cabins numbered 219 followed by 223 and 218 followed by 222. The 'missing' cabins are on other deck plans. ie there are 11 AA cabins (Baja) that occupy the same space as 12 AB cabins (Carribe). I was also told by a Princess Agent that the layout of the AA cabins on the Coral / Island was different to the AB suites and the AA mini-suite layout on other ships.
Welcome views / thoughts from anyone how has sailed on Coral and whether an AA is worth the extra money? I have sailed on the Grand in both AA and AB cabins with the only difference that the AA was more central and convenient for the middle lifts! I am booked in D416 on a Panama Canal cruise.
