Corkage fee on Century

I have some questions related to corkage fee:
1. How much is it in Century?
2. How that it compare to the price of a decent (not top) bottle of wine in the same ship?
3. Is it charged for each bottle or only first time? (I ask this because I remember reading a post somewhere that this guy was only charged once for 3 or 4 bottles)
4. If they keep my opened bottle from one night to the next, will they charge only one fee?

Thanks for the help

Corkage fee is $12 per bottle. Best to bring your own wine and pay the corkage. The ships prices are way out of line for some very ordinay wine. Sorry never have a bottle let over from dinner.

Depending on you tables wine steward you might not get charged the corkage a couple of nights during the cruise. Remember they work for tips and who knows if they opened a bottle of wine for you. Only you and him.

The ships have some very good wines stocked. If you have a special bottle you'd like to bring, then it might be worth the corkage fee.

I'm with BP if you have the patience and room. If not there likely will be a few wines that will meet your needs and price range.

If you bring your own wine they charge a one time per bottle fee.Even if you don't finish it and they bring it out again another night. We just buy our wine from their menu, I never have much extra room in my suitcases :lol then there is no corkage fee if you buy their wine.

We purchased a few bottles from home (our favorites) purchased some at duty free in San Juan (on the Constellation) and did order from the wine list a few nights. There were four of us drinking wine with some liking red and others white. We found the prices on the ship way out of line: I don't mind paying twice what we do at the store but 3 to 4 times more. I'll pay the corkage fee thank you. Wines selling for around $6 or so at home were in the neighborhood of $25.00 on the ship. If you don't mind bringing your own I would recommend it. As for charge of $12. That is per bottle regardless of how many you open in an evening.
