We purchased most of our wine at the duty free shop right at the dock in San Juan. The idea of going to Costco or Sams is a good one as well. Even the least expensive decent wine on board will run $25 and up. This is the same wine you get for $5 a bottle at Costco. We were charged $12 plus tip cockage fee in November. I think the $15 charge is for corkage fee in the alternative dining room. We did purchase the ships wine a couple of nights. hope this helps you decide.Nita
