Hi, has anyone had any luck in contacting Princess to correct mistakes in their cruise ship history profile? I have been emailing them for 2 weeks with no luck.
No luck here either. I called them and it was corrected as we spoke. Give them a call at their reservations number and then ask them to transfer you to the Captain's Circle Desk. Good luck! :thumb
