Can anyone tell me if there are public beaches in Costa Rica & Belize that are close to where they ship we be docked. Also, at Colon, Panama, will we enter 1 lock, then turn around? Been all over the Caribbean, but not to any of these ports. We are sailing on the Carnival Miracle.
