Hi gang

I'm just doing some last minute preps and noticed that in the Princess Book, page 17, it says Sterling Streak House has a cover charge of $15.00. I was always under the impression that ALL the PC dining are free on the Princess other than Sabatini's.
A side question, we're thinking of trying the Sabatini's. Has anyone dined there before and how'd you find it to be? Thanks lots in advance

I called princess. They told me that Sterling is free on Sapphire even though it says that there's a $15 in the brochure.

It was $15 on the Pacific Princess a couple of weeks ago. I think most of the older ships still charge it; Sapphire & Diamond have it as one of the theme restaurants, so they don't.

There is a $15 charge for Sterling's on all Princess ships EXCEPT the Sapphire and the Diamond.

I would like to be able to see the menu for Sterling Steakhouse. Does anyone know if there is a way to access it online. I found Sabitini's on the Cruise Clues website.

FYI - The Sterling Steakhouse menu on the Diamond and Sapphire is different then the Sterling Steakhouse menu on the rest of Princesses ships.

We were on the Diamond in July and ate at Sabatini's one night for dinner. I would say unless you really LOVE Italian food, skip it. I don't feel that it was really worth the $20 cover charge. We ate in the other dining rooms and enjoyed our dinners much more.
