We were thinking about just going into town in Cozumel and Key West instead of doing tours. Is this feasible to do. Is a Taxi the best way to get to these places?
Key west - You can usually walk into town unless you don't dock at MAllory Square. Then they have "Trolly's" waiting for you. It is easy to go on your own there. In Cozumel, taxi's are waiting at the dock to take you anywhere. It depends on where you dock there also. You can also rent a car there and get around quite easily.
