Not sure but i think the cayman island port is grand cayman. having not sailed to grand cayman before i don't have any info for you. And the cozumel port is in the city of san marcos i believe. there is plenty to do there mostly shopping. when i arrived in cozumel i went straight to the car rental kiosks and shopped for the best price for a one day rental. I then drove the whole island. everything out of San Marcos is pretty easy to get to since the is only one major highway surrounding the island. the roads are still in bad shape after hurricane Dean.. so definitely drive with caution on the eastern side of the island(i almost put the car in a massive hole in the road as the surf had eaten away at the roadway and hazards are for the most part not marked... Oh yeah , i looked it up and the port in Grand Cayman is Georgetown i believe....
