Cozumel/Progreso Tours for Wheelchair

Hello,
I am taking my 80 yr old grandmother on her first cruise! Whoo hooo. It will be on the Triumph. I would like for her to see as much as possible but am having trouble finding any tours that would work with a wheelchair. I have checked with Carnival and Shore trips. I am looking for something basic like a city tour ect. Any help or any tour operator recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
