You got that backwards, it's Costa Maya that's closed until next fall.
You will find bicycles-rickshaws available at Cozumel to get you from the ship to the foot of the pier, which is basically in downtown San Miguel (Cozumel).
There, you can hire a taxi to get you around the island.
