Theres lots to do in Cozumel... 4x4 safari's up the north point (you can even just rent on your own and tour the island at your own pace), a national park and lighthouse at the southern tip, the Atlantis Submarine or semi-sub, Cahnkanaab Park is just south of the piers, San Gervasio Ruins are in the middle of the island, kayaking, catamaran/snorkel trips, a ferry ride over to Playa del Carmen and a bus ride can get you to the Tulum Ruins, Xcaret Eco-Archeological park, or Xel-ha park. I've done most of these (which were fantastic) and heard good things about the others. Theres lots of places to just "beach-it" too. Dont forget to drop into Carlos and Charlies or Senior Frogs on your way back to the ship. Whatever cruiseline you are using, go to their website and they should have all kinds of excursion information also. See what sounds good...
