There are modified HIA packages so if your package states clearly that Crew Appreciation is included, yes, the full daily charge per person has been paid. I believe that you’ll see a credit for the full amount on your account (seen in app or cabin tv) and the $17 per person will be applied to it every day. We didn’t have it in our HIA package as we booked only 2 months in advance. I paid in advance online for the full amount so that is what appeared to us. The tips are also included on any drink you buy up to an $11 charge with a total of 15 per day per person.
