Hi I live in the UK and we call this Bread and Butter pudding, Our bread pudding is different. Using steal bread soaked in water. Wring the water out as much as possible. Mix with dried fruits, raisins ect. brown sugar, mixed spices,egg and suet. mix together and put in oven dish. bake in the oven.It is delicious, but not good for waistline.!!
