If you are sailing on the Grandeur you will be pulling into the pier in Old San Juan. I don't remember seeing a laundromat close to the pier. Having your laundry done on the ship really isn't that bad. Believe me, 15 days will fly by and before you know it...it will be time to get off the ship.

Have a great cruise.

I am from PR and don't recall seeing any laundromats nowhere near the cruise ships piers in Old San Juan or the city itself. I guess you could take a taxi to El Condado or Isla Verde. I am sure the cabbie would know where to take you.

I would also be extremely careful with personal belongings, and don't leave your clothes unattended at any time.

We sailed back to back (western then eastern) on the Disney Magic last year. It was a perfect transition. We never had to leave the ship...just visited the guest services desk that morning while everyone else was heading out. Stayed in the same room. Had the option to keep the same servers for our dining rotations (which we did). We did laundry in their laundromat, (they gave us laundry soap) and were allowed to prebook spa reservations and specialty restaurant reservations (Palo's dinners and brunches) ahead of the crowd! We also got to spend the day watching how meticulous Disney is with cleaning! Right down to the bottom of the pools! Can't wait to do it again!

If you do a search at <www.yellowpagespr.com> using the word "laundries" and asking for all of PR you get a list of dry cleaners, laundromats etc. If I ask for just San Juan I get no results. Maybe one of the freguent visitors to PR from this board would be able to recognise an address as in Old San Juan or perhaps one of the Map sites can show you.

That is what you use the cabin sink and clothes line for. :)

Pack light and bring some detergent. It is what we do on every back to back.
