My wife and I are on the Splendor for the same cruise for 7 days to the Mexican Riviera in April (19-26). The one thing about Carnival is that they give direct customers the same rate as travel agents, and I was able to talk down the Carnival rep to $849 per person for a Balcony room on the Lido (top) deck. Booked it in November. My wife and I are stoked!Always remember, the exact same cruise could be hundreds of dollars less per person even 1 or 2 weeks earlier/later. We're going right after spring break and before summer, so it's perfect for pricing and not being overcrowded.
