Hello from a newbie.We've won a couple of hotel stays and just won our third cruise (Carnival, RCC, and now NCL Majesty 11/12) on Skyauction. The website is actually owned by a travel agency in Florida, and they use Skyauction to sell many of their vacations, but you can walk into their office just like any other travel agent. The only problem we ever had was once when the week we wanted wasn't available. They cancelled the transaction right away and we weren't charged.
