Cruising while pregnant?

Anyone cruised before when they were 7-8 months pregnant? I have a cruise planned for December on Coral - and just found out I will be at the beginning of my 8th month. I am wondering if I have to cancel which will really depress me.

Princess does not accept passengers who will have entered the 28th week of pregnance by the end of the vacation. You might want to check the princess website directly at <http://www.princess.com/onboard/answer/ready.html>

They also make direct mention of pregnancy in their passenger contract.

First, congratulations on your upcoming family addition!

Is it possible for you to reschedule your cruise for an earlier date, so that you will be in the 4th or 5th month at time of sailing?

We cruised in my 4th month, and it was wonderful... I was pampered beyond belief. For instance, our assistant waiter made sure that there was a glass of skim milk awaiting me each night at dinner. :)

BTW, we also had a doctor's note indicating that it was OK for me to travel, not only on the cruise but to the ports we would be visiting.
