We were on the Triumph and were able to see Cuba, so I would think you will also.

How much you can see kinda depends on how close the Captain wishes the ship to navigate in relation to the island. In 1999, while sailing on the Ryndam, the Captain came within 5 miles of shore on a # of occasions. You could see towns and villages along the shore line.
