The beach is nice, there is a changing area, snack shop, etc. There is a man made, reef / barrier out a little ways so the water is calm. Yes, it is topless, as are most all the beaches in the carib. You can grab a cab at the pier and not have a problem getting there. I think there is a small charge to enter.Chuck
