David's Supper Club attire

Will be sailing the Pride on Sept. 21st. and will be dining at David's at least once. Does anybody know if a jacket and tie is required or is casually smart attire okay? Also, is there a bar for pre-dinner drinks in the restaurant? Thanks for any info.

If this is Spirit, the name is the Nouveau Supper Club. There is no bar but you can order drinks, I believe.
