The customer service at NCL is awful. I had 2 questions about my first cruise and called them on 2 separate occassions. The answers they gave me were wrong and one lady was very rude. She acted like it was a stupid question and I should know the answer to it. Well, she sure didn't know because I found out during the cruise that the information was incorrect!!


Now I have another cruise booked with them and had a question and called them.  Mistake. Got another wrong answer. My TA helped me get the correct answer.


My TA told me that NCL gives them incorrect info all the time. What's up with that?
