The Dawn does have PC dining. I think you can probably try it anytime, but it would be a good idea to let your waiter and tablemates know if you aren't going to be in traditional that night. In addition to the traditional and PC dining rooms, there is a grill by the pools, the Horizon Court (buffet), a pizzeria that serves pizza and calzones, and in the evening, half of the Horizon Court is turned into the Sterling Steakhouse. Princess makes their own ice cream in the afternoons for sundaes in the Horizon Court and sometimes they have sushi there at lunch. Don't forget afternoon tea. Enjoy!
