A friend of mine just returned from a week on the Dawn and complained that the staff was very unfriendly. Anyone have any experiences like this? or that things went well?

I was on the Dawn in late September and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful in all my dealing with them.

im going on the dawn in 3 days 12/21
