Well if I recall correctly there is only one deck with Junior Suites on the Carnival Glory. This would be Empress Deck 7 which in my opinion is the best deck to stay on because you do not have any public areas above or below your room. As for the balcony question, Carnival does not use those terms. All balconies are pretty much equal on the Carnival Glory. On some of Carnival's other ships their are partially obstructed balcony cabins because the lifeboats are in the way, but not on your ship!
