Is it true that you can't get a good past guest deal on a new ship??? Would like to go next January and not sure when to commit for a cabin. thanks!

A good travel agent can help you.. many times past passenger deals are higher than a great low rate from a good TA. Have fun and be sure to look at our Carnival Miracle slideshow.

Probably wont get a deal because the Miracle is selling out fast, no real need for incentives.
