Hi,Cherbeth, We are a party of 6 going on May 27th....can't wait. Are you going to stay in any of the hotels in San Juan? Do you know anything about the El Convento in San Juan? Thanks
Where are you from? I am with rescueman party of 18 people from Boston. I was worried you are first person who is actually sailing March 11th. Happy 10th Anniversay.
This cruise is actually our daughters honeymoon. They were married last July but wanted to cruise so here we all are. Anyone was welcome.
Hi Cheryl,
Congratulations on your daughter's marriage.
We're from Pennsylvania, and counting down the moments until we're not surrounded by snow!

You are not kidding. Today was so cold I am just feeling the excitement
for the cruise I think because today was freezing.
Thanks for the Congrats. We are north of Boston Marblehead.
Have you heard of it?
My husband & I are going on the Destiny on May 6th. I am anxious to see how you like it. I have been on 5 cruises and prefer Royal Caribbean but we got a good deal and are going with some friends so I decided to give Carnival another try. I have been researching shore excursions and would love to hear what you all end up doing and if you enjoyed it. My husband is in a wheelchair and I have been trying to find something to do that we both can enjoy. It's been tough so if anyone knows anything that could help us the info would be greatly appreciated!
Hi Ann. Ok I will post after we get home. We started out with royal Carib we did 3 then switch to Carnival and been here ever since.
This will be our 7th Carnival.
Hi Anne.
I do not know where to begin. It was great first of all and all the stuff the message boards were saying we did not see or experience any of this. Airplane arrived I would say within 20 minutes we were in our cabins. 5 min to ship and check in was a breeze in the fun pass lane. All others the line seemed long.
The Destiny is 11 yrs old and in great shape. We were very inpressed. We ate 8:00 Universe dining room with Hose as out waiter.
The service outstanding all over the ship. The onlt line we experienced were on Fri in antigua. Not sure why. Breakfast lines that is.
Sat day at sea plenty of deck chairs we did see alot being held but we like a few decks up where there was a breeze.
The shows fantastic. We did not attend the juggler night stayed in Casino. I hit slot for 250.00 one night and another women 625.oo so they seemed to pay here and there.
Food excellent in dining room and out kids at upstairs and said there meals were alos very good.
We had a shower back up where the water would not drain. I called maint. and they said go on with your day we will fix I explained that we had one more shower to go they said asap.
I then went to spreak to room steward and withing 5 min trhe plummer was there and we were ready to go. I did tip him alittle extra and end of trip.
All nations were represented and only heard 2 messages given in spanish.
We did not do any excurisions onlt the beach everyday.
Any thing else Anne email me
