I received a survey from RC/C/Az regarding a list of principles that they are holding themselves accountable to. Kind of like the "passengers bill of rights." Only problem is, most of them were obvious. It talks about how they will do their best to keep you safe, how they will offer refunds or partial refunds if your cruise is cancelled or a port gets cancelled, etc.
I bring this up so that, if you get the survey as well, you can be prepared to respond to them with some concerns or suggestions that you may have. Personally, I haven't been disappointed with either company's service, but offered a few thoughts of my own. Hey, it's competitive out there. I'm glad to see that they are stepping up.
